Owings Mills Eagles broke a 6-6 tie scoringĀ 5 runs in top of 6th inning and held on to win 11-6 over the neighboring New Town Titans. Junior Brandon Richmond tied a school record in striking out 16 batters in his complete game victory. The previous Eagles record was set on April 28, 2013 by Kyle Weiner at Dundalk High School. Offensive leaders for the Eagles included Devin Owens (3-3,4 R,1 RBI,W,2 SB), Brandon Schuster (3-3,2 R,2 RBI,W,SB), and Brandon Richmond (2-4,1 R,2 RBI,2B,SB). Titans SS Issac Terry had given New Town the early lead with booming 3 run HR to CF in bottom of 1st inning. Jacob Jackson (1-2,3 R,2 W,SB) and Nicholas Wells (2-4,2 R,1 RBI,2B) also contributed to the Titans offense. Jackson also pitched a complete game for New Town.
